A poem about death that i found in my toy chest
This was written by me when i was 8 years old. I wrote it because my grandfather had died. And it's how i felt and my experiences.

A stabbing wound to my heart

No tears come, only looks of rage
Lock myself in a cage
Look around me. I’ve been unfurled.
I want to be isolated from the world

My emotions are closed
I had to be posed.
But they keep trying to unfurl
Damn emotions, be a strong girl

They’ve taken over and I fall
Someone drags me into the hall
I look around and see no one.
Here it is, the end of my run.
