My writing urge goes back to the days--at eight years old--when I wrote a story about a masked cowboy drifter and his Cherokee companion (sound familiar?). Later, I won a grade school essay contest, and graduated to rewriting movies and television shows. I've retired now, and returned to college to feed my compulsion with a pursuit of a degree in the arts, with an emphasis on literary arts and creative writing. I'm hesitant about posting too much on Writing.com because of first rights issues, but in time I hope to develop enough work that there's enough to go around. I am a published writer, and hope to have many more publication successes.
