This book claims to:
* How to start writing, even if it's your very 1st time
* How to accelerate your search for what type of writing you prefer
* How to get started with writing exercises... so easy, and so fun

Could, possibly, help you find a writing style that is most suitable for you by getting you to do writing exercises

This book is purely a writing exercise book (not sure where the "writing strategies" come in) so if you're looking for inspiration it could be found here.

For a book about writing, it isn't written very well. I have to say, I lost faith when I saw this sentence: "Oh, what a glorious morning I had the opportunity to participate in experiencing" ... I could be wrong but to me, that is poor English!
