This video covers different therapeutic yoga stretches for different kinds of back pain. I personally found it extremely helpful for multiple back issues and have recommended it to family and friends since I first used it and found it helpful.

That it didn't take a very long time and I had some relief afterwards. It wasn't long-lasting relief so I had to continue to do the dvd but I was thankful for any relief at that point.

Get other videos from this author but she doesn't have any that I know of (If she ever reads this - PLEASE do one for necks, shoulders and other major joints too :))
