Summary of this Book...
Beginning in 1950 and extending all the way through 2002, this large hardback book is an incredible wealth of info about the times and background scenes of the Rock and Roll music industry. In extended calendar format, each year is further divided into months, with days of big events and some not so big events well-marked, making everything easy to find.
I especially liked...
The photos, tons of them, are outstanding, most in full color. There is no bias as far as I can see: all genres of rock and roll are covered evenly.
I recommend this Book because...
I recommend this book for anyone interested in details of rock, especially for music students and writers looking for vivid detail to add to their stories.
