Authors who are learning the craft and authors who are working on marketing will both get something from this book.
I especially liked...
There was a lot of inside info here I haven't found elsewhere, such as the reality of bestsellers lists and the economics of a writing life.
I didn't like...
There were times he contradicted himself and it could have used better editing to correct these errors.

I sent it to my niece who is a beginning writer so she would know some of these facts from the beginning.

This is definitely worth the price of the book and the time invested in reading it. It is easy to read and follow, and still quite helpful.
