I purchased the audiobook from Audible and listened to that because I don't read much and I drive a lot. This was a great book about using God and science to help free your mind from anxiety and negative thoughts. It was so interesting to me that I only listened to 1-2 chapters per day so that I could absorb it better and I am also putting it on the very short list of books to listen to again because I think I can still get a lot out of it. The audiobook was about 5 hours long and if you purchase the book, it's about 256 pages.

People who want to change how they think and are either Christian or at least open to listening to this perspective because there is also science behind it.

That he gave us homework to do at the end of each chapter. I thought this was a great idea.

Place it in the section of my Audible library for books I want to listen to again.

Encouraged and like I could really make changes.
