Born in Galveston, Texas; grew up in Kentucky. Now I live in Dallas, Texas; retired drafter. Single. Heavy reader, doodle in drawing and painting. Restless, making writing difficult as it requires long hours of butt-in-chair. I like working alone, though. I suffer through long periods of writers block, followed by short spells of prolific production.

I write in my own voice and edit on the fly in first drafts, then clean up verbal tics and cut out those parts I'm fond of.
