| I am a mother to four children who keep me going. I was raised by a family of readers and artists. My father was a singer/ songwriter and gave me the gift of poetic function. My grandfather taught me beauty of classic literature at a very young age. my first readers were The brother's Grimm and The Juniper Tree. As a teenager I fell in love with Shakespeare and I studied classic literature as well as theater arts through high school and into college. I love writing and reading on WDC. |
| I mostly write poetry. any style is fine by me, whatever suits my mood, though my favorite is rhyming poetry. |

| Other than writing, I love gardening, cooking, reading, singing, listening to music, watching movies, walking, swimming, playing WII, playing with my children, being an environmental activist, interior decorating, being different. |
