About Me
I am nearly 38 and an only-parent to my son. We have a wonderful bond and I am thankful for him each day. We have a Chihuahua that is really sweet, but has more attitude than any five pound dog should have. We live in Minnesota where we have the pleasure of experiencing all four seasons. There is a wonderful hiking park near where we live that inspires me in ways that photos, objects, and events cannot. I like variety and I enjoy adventures much more than possessions.
Type of Writer
I gravitate more readily to horror, but I like to stretch myself by trying other genres as well.

My writing style seems to vary depending on my source of inspiration.
Interests
I am interested in nearly everything there is. Of course I love to read and write. I also enjoy painting pictures, music (listening-not playing), drawing, swimming, hiking, four-wheeling (love the mud), fishing, camping, various crafts, and more.
Favorite Genres
My favorite genre is horror, but I will delve into nearly any book. I am more particular in my writing and more focused.

I have many, but a few on the top end of my list are Stephen King, Dean Koontz, Danielle Steel, John Saul, John Sanford, Tom Clancy, Francis Chan, Robert Jordan, Stieg Larsson, J. K. Rowling, Stephanie Meyer, William W. Johnstone, Joe Hill, etc.
Favorite Poets
I like the classic poets like Emily Dickinson, Jack Frost, Henry David Thoreau, Edgar Allen Poe, Walt Whitman, etc.
