Igumnov Dmitry V. was born in 1937 in Moscow. Served in the Baltic Navy (1955 – 1959 years). He graduated from the Moscow power engineering Institute and worked in various research institutes. In recent years he is a Professor at the Moscow Institute of radiotechnics, electronics and automation. Author of books of prose "Red", "Destiny". Lives in Moscow.
