About Me
What does one usually write in a biography? My name's Melissa, I'm 20 years old and in my third year of university studying journalism and creative writing. It was, I think, in Year 6 when I was first told that I was good at creative writing, and I've been improving ever since! While I've always got several writing projects on the go at once, it's a lack of confidence in my own abilities and a lack of good feedback that has marred my writing career so far, which is why I joined up here!
Type of Writer
While not entirely sure what this means, I'll say that I'm an aspiring writer, a budding author, if you will :)
Writing Style
My writing style is, I think, simple, clear, concise. I lose myself in it, learn from it, and above all love it!
Interests
Writing and reading fiction, though I guess that's a given, being a member here! I also spend time drawing every once in a while. I love movies, as they combine both written and visual creativity.
Favorite Genres
Horror, Mystery, Crime, Thriller - though I enjoy most fiction.
