The birth of Jesus in the barest cave was needed when the temperatures were mild. His victory was won o'er dankest grave by He, Who had been manger's little child. Methinks the days were very close toge'er for He, Who always knows the rightest time. He paid my cost, that I in deepest care could find relief in His Great Gift sublime. Up from the grave, He surely rose to stand before His Father, living ev'ry Word. The things alike make up the picture grand. The Truth forever spoken to be heard.
