In the USA you have a thing called a "Bill of Rights", and the First Amendment guarantees freedom of speech and expression. This falls under that category.
In other countries, some of the stuff is problematic (in Australia, where I live, for example), but this site is based in the USA, and therefore follows the rule of law.
I also find them gross and think those who write them are in need of psychiatric help. But I choose to avoid them. But I also find overtly religious screeds to be problematic, and so I avoid them as well. What you consider bad another may consider fine; what you consider good, another might consider a problem. That is the way things go in a free society.
Like Annette said, if you don't like it, write your congressperson. That is another right you have.
Also, you could stop contributing to interactives like "Giant Teenage Boys" and "Super-Sized Boys". Yes, I checked your port when I saw this post, and it shows what interactives you have contributed to.
