Regarding your poem on gun control. My thoughts are that since half of the second amendment "A well Regulated Militia being necessary..." has been diluted and ignored since the late 1930's, maybe it's time to craft laws that get the guns back only into the hands of trained, disciplined, good citizens. The SCOTUS had no problem reversing precedent when it came to striking down Dobbs, thus gutting Roe v Wade. So, some sane return to the original idea of our founders may be in order. Reverse the precedents that diluted regulation of an armed militia.
When they stood against the Redcoat that fateful day on the village green, they did NOT arm and bring along the village idiot!
