Like walking around in a desert land
without water or food to keep us alive
we all somehow, struggling to survive
doing desperate things, under these masks we lay
alive now, dead the next day
thirsty for renewal, wanting nothing more then to survive
hands up in the air, souls being sucked out
laying down our masks with our last breaths dieing of drought
