Wow! It's been over since I wrote in this notebook. I've been busily revising and rewriting my novel. Spent this past summer back home. My Gram died a few days ago. Even though, to me she wasn't the same 5 yrs ago. She would have been 97 this Jan. I have a friend and her daughter (14yr) reading my story, so far. And just wrote a brand new chapter. Reading a part that I wrote awhile ago, I popped into 3 different characters heads in the first page. Bad writing! So I rewrote the entire section. :)
It's time to cut back on my chapters in my port. I will get the membership upgrade when I get back involved with writing and the groups. Happy Holidays.

I think a break will do good for me and my story. Get back to editing and writing. Okay, so I really just put away my book and write the remaining chapters. *Smile*
I can't believe that summer is practically over and unlike last summer, I didn't write a single new chapter. I'm feeling lost and confused with my novel in progress. Should I just close the book and start with a new one? Or just keep writing.
Thanks for comment, NorthernWrites. At times I feel that my novel as strayed so far from my original outline that I don't think I even know my story any longer. I will write a short paragraph per scene within the chapters. I will see what I'm missing.

I'm back to writing groups. So much as changed over the summer. It's good to be back and reviewing. :) Back to Chapter 1 and still writing forward.
I'm writing chapter 17-Coyote vs wolf. The son has been taken and there are some injuries among the Solas. Wrote the 1st draft and then typed up a few more pages. 8 pages so far. I will write today.
Writing update...I rewrote the Sweet Sixteen Chapter 16. Move forward and write the battle scene at The Karma. The new Chapter 17 and then revise and possible rewrite sections of Chapter 18.
