Tsunade learned the head swap jutsu from watching one of his powers and realizing just how he did it. He is wounded after fighting some Naruto enemies earlier.
Can I add a new character that is not in Naruto cannon, but is in a headswap fanfiction I am currently writing. The character has met Naruto before and actually brought Naruto(after end of series) into the future to join a team of Super Heroes. The character would be referred to as "The Stranger" and would later reveal his real name. He accidently lept into the wrong time, earlier than when Naruto met him.
