Today I answered a Newsfeed post...
You have a chance to converse with yourself at age 10. What advice would you give?

You are lonely, very lonely. You see and know too much for your age. Yet what you see and know will become your strength... But first, just ahead of you, will be a darkness, a long darkness that hurts. And beyond will be a light... your light that will keep you shining. Keep walking...

Somehow the answer seemed to come from "somewhere else".
A very strange feeling that the one being given not advice but reassurance was me...now.

But not right now. I shouldn't be here. This is my momentary escape from report writing and be heading to the sleep worlds.
First the reassurance . . . and then the 'advice' - both are present.
Attend to the 'feeling' that came with the response.
Let it reveal its meaning to you.
Somewhere within, the 10 year old still exists.
It's amazing how '10' seems to be a golden number when it comes to psyche analysis....
