Haven't written anything new for ages. I have had too much on my mind. I broke my own rule of MAKING TIME. Not writing is bad for my health. Must get back to it. But where to start?

I just shared the post below with all my friends on facebook. They all know it is me to a tee!

Good news, my poem 'Footsteps' has been published in our local paper, no payment, but the fun factor with my husband getting such teasing is great!

Keep writing. Some days seem less productive than others or other life events get in the way. Just keep writing and submitting.

it kind of comes in waves. I wrote for a whole week straight now I am dumbfounded.
Weather dreadful here. Suppose its good for poetry, describing the dramatic. Cant seem to get my head around to it though. Have things settled down Stateside?

Okay, so I confess that I sneaked into your portfolio to nose around after you reviewed my poem. Thus far, I've opened only one of yours: "My Uncles" 

Your word choice is stellar! You hooked me with the first 3 lines! I'm a free verse addict, so I guarantee that I will be haunting your port in the future. I will try to get the poem reviewed today as well. Keep writing, love... you're smashing at it! *Thumbsup*
