Olivia's on HIGH Carbs - I have to ask the dumb American "not enough of a baker to know" question: What does FAN mean when speaking of oven temperatures? I've always thought 375*F (FAN) must mean 375*F with convection heating. But usually when I make up answers using my mixed up crazy logic, I'm wrong and my spouse is here to tell me so. But she don't know nothin' bout no bakin'. Can you HELP me, please? *Blush* *Worry*
