No Seriously - On the left hand side of the page there is a big green plus with Create New Item. Click that and start from there.
Hello Sally and welcome to Writing.Com. I have found screenshot tutorial for you on how to create items in this community. It is not too much complicated as it maybe looks like. For your article you need to create static item. Everything is explained in this tutorial how you're going to do it *Smile*. Here's the link to check out
