Something I find amusing;
My mother, according to the internet, shares her name with not one single other person on this planet. (obviously I can't tell you what it is because privacy) Then she got married to Mr. Smith, my dad, and had a daughter whose name was so blisteringly common that she wasn't even the only person in her middle school to have it. Yup, there are two Sophie Smiths in my school. Sometimes our grades get mixed up.

My oldest daughter also has someone who shares her name and goes to the same hospital. The name isn't too common, but sometimes their doctor appointments have gotten mixed up more than once!
And it's a small town in a small county! There's only about 44K people in Siskiyou County, CA.
