I can recommend the "Invalid Item"  . You can find videos there on how to find your way around the site and on how to use different tools.

I also recommend using the newsfeed. You can check out the community one, or add people to your personal newsfeed. It's an excellent way to make friends, and to find interesting contests and prompts.
