Titled The Power of the Spoken Word....But before I give my review,I normally don't review people
With no BIO filled out...I love to know where they live,age and anything that will help me even more
To relate to the item...But I liked your Spoken Word so much I'm ...skip it this time..

You did an excellent job any conveying what you went through and how you dealt with it..and overcame
It as well. And even was able to give advice to anyone going through the same thing... I commend you
And love you honesty and bravery to face the fear and talk about it...And get on with your life..

sinbad I chose to review this item because I saw someone gave it a low score..
Like I said in my email..people read right through and never get the meaning.
Constant endeavor is something that everyone should have..or they will become
Stagnate or tranquill.

I'm able to see your how deeply you put thought into
Writing this..for another person to miss it and rate
it low..just tears me up..
If can't give an item 4 to 5 stars...I DON'T GIVE IT
A REVIEW..

I do have a couple of suggestions..or questions..

I don't normally give suggestions but getting to know you I feel I can without stepping anything..

The second paragraph where it says..

continues at every moment ..just wondering if
continusily would sound better or fit better..

And the end of same paragraph..
in the Stream of Self eternally remain floating in it
Would eternity fit better...

Amazing John Nation that was actually
very enjoyable and kept me reading,faster just to get to the next line.
To be honest I don't review many items except lyrics and poetry.
A reading of a will has always intrigued me,never been ask to
be around,nobody leaves me anything.

You are no doubt a talented writer,if not published,you will be. I wonder how a novelist thinks of such a subject to write about.
And be so detailed,as you were.
All in all. I give 5stars my friend.

Survivor48 from parts unknown..I will review ..My Chains
A poem I see you recently have written..

Your right it is a free verse poem..the kind I like..
It gives feel for the writer..that I can relate too..
First is there a (brass steel) or just a phrase to
represent the strength of the chain..

If it's about you and your flaws..don't be so hard on yourself..
Flaws are opportunities..for you to learn from..

I use to really care how people perceived me...
But now I could care less,if they dislike me..who are they to judge me.

If it's not personal ..it's a really good description..of
real life people,I'm familiar with..

I relate to it all the way...Nice work..
Favorite verse:
Isolated from the free world,
Fighting against a strong object.


Only suggestion is ..get 2 more lines,after..
Is this metal breakable?
Just to even it out..or leave it as is..It is free verse

Hello adrift...drifting in sunny Fla. Raw and True I like that
description...I see your some what new,on here. But not at writing.
Thanks so much for having your bio filled out..
I try to get a feel of the writer,i'm about to review...
Stay off the bottle!!!!!!!!!! I drank for 25 years,mostly beer
then one day 10 yrs. ago just quit..
You can see a lot clearer without the booze...

Ok the review... I feel your song brewing inside me as I read
it..It's a beautiful pain Great way of putting it..
Sometimes being alone is a good thing..friends expect something
and create problems...
What I would change about this poem..is the format...the way it's
written it all runs together..some people give up on the read,if
it's hard to follow...I keep reading ..sorting out the points you
are trying to make...you did so well..make it enjoyable to read..
I will give you an example...it's only an example ..and simply
disregard if you want...

For days and days I would lay... Still so the pain would slowly fade away... My life in a seemingly down spiral... For recently my popularity appeared to be viral...

Review of ..one of the great ones
Obviously a poem about someone who was near
and dear to you. And to take the time and effort
to try and express , your emotions in a poem, says
how much care..
OK the words are fine. Some sentences seem to run
together. 1st spell check ..Capitalize the first letter of each
sentence.. Make it look as good,as you feel about writing it
A good start,to a long writing career.

As I do most every month...Trying to spot the winner...
And I feel you got this in the bag...My kind of rhythm and country twang...I felt
right away...
Read your Bio. not sure what part your living in... But see you have a love for
the outdoors,old stuff and preserving a way of living..that everyone should know!!!

My fav.verse is

They would play into the morning,
But they’d send me off to bed.
I would sleep just like a baby,
With their music in my head.

I get a verse or beat in my head..and I repeat it in my sleep...
But it's a great poem-song or contest winner..And I thank You for allowing me
to read it...And look forward to reading more from you...
I see no need for suggestions...But feel every review should offer something..however
meaningless it may be...so maybe make the font 1 bigger...not really it's fine..

See poetry does'nt have to rhyme...Or be some long drawn out continuation of emotions...
I like getting right to the point. And you did...And I liked it. Maybe because i've felt the ame way..
What you did was make me see a person that tried to hold hurt or feeling in..but the longer
he did the pain became overwhelming...
I noticed you penned this 4 years ago..so I think this come from your heart..

Read your bio. after reading the poem..very interesting on how you made your way into Nascar..
Rousch even.. I have been a life long Ford fan as well as Nascar..and I feel for people that
still live in Detroit..

I see no need for giving advice on improvement..of this piece..
But I feel all reviews should offer something of change...so the only thing I could say is leave out
the commas...just me..Really enjoyed reading it and thank you for allowing me...BIGE

Hello ray....I'm going to review your item..There's something about him..
We are on a "BIG POWER REVIEW"

OK I wish you had a little more filled out on your BIO..I do know that you we're born in 1987 27 years after me..Where you live I'm not sure..Just helps me relate to a item..
First of all..writing anything and sharing it,is showing me that you have a desire to write!!! You learn by writing another item then another and so on..to where it just flows from you..and shows how you view the world..
You have what I would call a good draft..good subject..You need line structure..
some rhythm and make some breaks between your 3 line verses.. It makes it easier to read and flows better..For instance your syllables per line are..6,7,10
8,9,10 8,11,6 12,11,9 11,10,8 All an easy fix with a little work..If you want to..Either way you have a nice item and I enjoyed reading it and reviewing it..Any help I might could be..just ask..Just keep writing them..and I will keep reading them...E..

HAVOC (27) From Kansas I see...I have been to Ellis Kansas delivering granite for tombstones on many occasions...You have an excellent BIO filled out and plenty of info on your port. It helps me so much,in relating to your item..

So I read your Bio. and...now I know your a female born in 1996..
Wish I knew where you lived..the kind of music that gets you..Just like to give a good review..just picking at you..

Music has been a part of my life since I can remember..That is why I like the thought behind your item!! Certain moods certain music gets me going..
I went to concerts in Atlanta starting in 1976..seen anybody that had a guitar and a heartbeat..I can still think of certain songs by ..like ac/dc in a small ballroom..That is what I relate your poem to..
Love your free form.. and rhyme not needed!!
Favorite lines are..
We are in a perfect state of bliss. Stress leaves us,Sadness follows,And all that stays is Happiness.

Hello Countrymom CHEERS 12 Years! I read your entry and thought I would give it a review..
Thank you so much for having a nice Bio filled out..It helps me so much,in relating to an item..
Your item sounds like a song that I would love to listen to..Easy for me to kind of sing it!! You have been writing for awhile..and really I'm looking for some of your wisdom..
I have burned a bridge or two,over time..started walking away..then started running.
Easy for me to relate too..My favorite lines,are the chorus..:
So I burned that bridge -
and walked away,
I don't look back
'cause I couldn't stay.

Your Bio was real nice..Thanks for having it filled out,helps me so much in reviewing..Not sure where your living? I have an idea..Me and my wife also are animal lovers as well..
Your item was well written..Easy to read and relate to..It does get Cold down here in Georgia..sometimes.. I like the way you opened each verse the same..I do that also from time to time..
My fav. verse is the first one..:Alone i sit, thoughts float by.
I hear the wind outside, the
breath of the sleeping dogs;
let sleeping dogs lie?
My feelings, emotions were
like sleeping dogs.
I woke them, stumbled
and stepped on tails.
They leapt and yelped,
then slowly, slept again.
Reminds me of my dogs at night.. all in all a very enjoyable and well done ITEM..Thanks for allowing me to read your stuff..

Hey Tim Chiu I know that girl!!! Lol..I'm going to review Fast Cars and Fast Women..
This was very interesting to me..and enjoyed reading it..Knowing you have lived in California I guess for a while. Made that much more intriguing..You writing about women in my backyard..The words we're never forced,and it flowed smoothly..
My favorite verse was:
He begins to get quite fresh with her, and now she sees the folly,
But then he says he’s making a film, and then her mood seems jolly.
He claims that he’d audition her for some supporting role,
And she replies that stardom would fulfill her lifelong goal.

Hey MadMan at Large..It Big E..here with a review of All I Really Want!!!
Now that's what I like..That's what I write..You did a excellent job of making it flow..A lot of words and I never stumbled once..I tried to read (sing) it kind of fast ..It sounded good..Put some more stuff on here..Show them what these Georgia boys can do!!!
OK favorite line..that's hard..but:
Sometimes I think about fate, and destiny,
And predetermination, and piles of shit,
And I wonder if it isn’t all the same thing,

No I have actually been there once..You got 10yrs.on me I was born in 1960.. This item was brought to life the way you..let it flow..
I assume you have passion for animals..And doing the right thing,is the way you approach life..Never a verse that seemed forced..And your grammar & punctuation are,I believe..The best I've ever seen..No doubt you have been published..So glad to know someone is profiting from their writing skills..

crazy poet my Tennessee friend..I see you have put down a couple new items..
We are having a review raid and I always give my friends one..
You sound ..down..I hope things are atleast remaining the same..
Hang in there..I tell people that ask how I am??? I'm keeping my head above water ..barely..It's got to get better..

OK guru0001..I'm back //you ask me to look around your port..and I did..
I will review -you are the one- Like the skills of a Doctor ..I will perform surgery on this piece..All in fun..

I feel this is a item you kind of rushed through..It has good meaning
but it is kind of lost in the misspelled words and misused words..That are all
easily fixed..
First loose the space between each line..Make it read easier..I think you have checked the double space block and the end of writing your item..You have 4 great verses and I think it will look better that way..Either way it's ok..

OK verse 3 line 2..you have write..I think it should be right..
The last verse:
You are for me,the only one,

you are the one, mine one.
Not sure but mine one..might need to be:my only one..
This is great because it could be so many people..A wife the Lord..even yourself Either way I like it..and my favorite line is..
I had feelings bottled inside,

But no words to describe.
I hate being tongue tied and twisted..But it happens to me all the time..Like the way you worded it..I'm gonna check out some more and I'll be back..Keep putting them down..And stay in touch..

I'm down here in Georgia and can relate with my friends in Tenn.
I like your item..I to seem to write all night..You have so many thoughts in there..Got to get them out...Say it like you feel it...I say..That's you
and how you feel!! Free form poetry (E.form I call it) is all I write..Matching lines with syllables and making up words..was not for me!!

My favorite lines we're:
Movies in my mind cant find time
To say all the things on my mind

That's me exactly.. You say that a lot of your stuff you threw away???
I was 15 in 1975..about the time I started writing..and have atleast a hundred spiral notebooks full my ramblings...You say stop..No keep putting it out..Put it on here or wherever..It is such a good feeling reading something you wrote 15 or 20 years ago..No suggestions.. Just keep writing..And I will keep reading them..Good Job.

Ok Harry and Sally I will review..Wished I knew your age..It just seems a little weak in the word choices..I did get the full meaning and nothing wrong with the words you have..I think you can do better than you are showing..

My favorite verse is 4 :
Days passed fast,

Harry began to forget past.

The spring was awesome,

New flowers began to blossom.

Harry began to forget past. Kind of stumbles it up..May I suggest (rarely I do)
Harry soon forgot the past..
Learning your way around here can be tough..How to format your stuff..Things like that..I would get rid of the space between each line.Makes it easier to read and flows better it seems..All in all your writing what's on your mind and to me that is what it is all ABOUT..My Friend Enjoyed it ..And Keep On Writing!!
