I really don't know a lot about poetry or the rules etc. of it, so sorry I can't comment on that part of your poem. I really enjoyed this, it has amazing depth, it really made me stop and feel. I felt like you were personally asking me and it pulled me right in. Very dramatic, loved it. Anything we can do that releases and /or helps us to deal with our feelings and our lives in a positive way, such as poetry/stories etc, is important, keep writing.
