Review of Interloper
Review by Datakon

I really like this, I found myself flowing with words immediately and seeing images of what I thought "it" was. As I read and was thinking at the same time picturing the demise of something your words revealed "it", ...that put a smile on my face and laughed. Thanks much brethren

P.S. I corrected the typo found thank you

Review of I Cry
Review by Datakon

You are so correct, and excellent in how you climbed to the top with this large and very challenging subject of humanity. As I read I began what I refer to as "forward-thinking" as I read. What that is to me is I am absorbing or getting into what I'm reading and I start to multi-task the reading and comprehension while having my thoughts.
So what that means is I'm bringing in mind other feelings thoughts of crying like for the imprisoned abused or enslaved and how damn special, fortunate, privileged, and so on I am, to see a sunrise, watch the storm roll on exploding with lighting, wind, and rain that overloads all the senses. The smell of my children on there heads and neck when they were just little guys, wow. So as I read and forward-thought, you wrote my forward-thinking causing many emotions to increase. I smiled, I felt my throat tighten up and eyes swell, choked back a little. Then I laughed at your insight into me because it felt good. Thoughts of how sad it is for so many who can't, and as much or even more sorrow for those who can and don't. The lack, or better put loss of sense that is chronic for so many humans. It's like a cancer eating and growing larger every noticed realization and thought of it. It is so difficult to think of it.
Also though, I was happy knowing, feeling the adventures of just life and was not the only one. Yes that was a very engaging, perfectly written read. Very happy I randomly clicked on this.

Thank you, and please feel free to go and read something I posted up here. I don't get on here often when I doe I promised myself to read and to write something...just slam it out. Keep writing!
sincerely,

David

Thank you for sharing this. Great poem to kitty love. I'm a cat guy, love dogs too but have had a bad run with them being murdered. Long story, anyway I recently lost my best kitty friend Cracker after 17 years of healthy living for him, he just left. Can't write about him so thank you again for the words

I really love this. "Let tomorrow worry about new scars" line and all of the others is to me a factuality of human nature to discard encumbrance when taken with passion and fun-times forgoing what tomorrow may bring or who may suffer. Great poem...great insight into the psyche old or young
Thanks!

Thanks for sharing. This was to me more of a thought from the 1st person in a more lengthy story vs. poetry. Just me though. From it the character was a smothering mother and her son was not one to bend of his own will to choose his own. Hence the sigh, the mothers "hunch" may have been that deep down inside she knew her choice was moot.
Thanks!

Thank you for sharing! This a memory recall from the writer in the 1st person. I struggled staying interested because to me, it was difficult to read. Here is a link to great resources free online that I refer to when editing stories for myself and others. Edit what you have written already using the self-school if you like and I think you will see how quickly it will become a habit.
Thanx again!

Yeah I can relate to this rage. This poem will spark a conversation very quickly and it could get very emotional. The rhyme is nice so as
to keep attention until on the subject until the end.
Thank you very nice

Review of Vanity Fair

It makes me feel of young beauty and energy that quickly goes away with the wind and echoes of happy sounds and life. I thought of women dancing in feathered costume. Enthusiastic and intense shows with lights, and an audience eyes fixed and struggling to keep up with all that is going on in front of them. Then it is over and fades away.
Thanks!
