Right off the bat, I get the feeling that this poem is about a girl with some kind of disease, or that she was diagnosed with something, hence the line "Because this is the silence,Before the coming storm", and the 'coming storm' would be how her personal life will change because of the news. It also feels as though there might be some kind of signs of domestic disputes going on. Either way you look at it, the "Hell" in this poem feels very human like and personal.

Wait a minute, I just noticed the Crime/Gangster Genre you put in there, now I'm confused, care to give some background for an interested reader?

This seems like a freestyle poem, not something I normally read, but hey. I did wonder though, was this for a special occasion? I get from the short poem that it might be for an anniversary or something that was made for a wedding night (which quite a fair amount of poems on this site tend to consist of).

It's a short and sweet poem with some interesting use of lines, as most of them only tend to consist of two words.
