This is beautiful Zeke. So so so true. It reminds me of our blatant disrespect we have for our beautiful world and how quickly it changes with just a word or action from the mouths of greed, but it also tells me that perhaps this beautiful tree just grew old and eventually died after giving so much pleasure to humanity. Beautiful.

I love this. I love the line "Festooned with strands of gossamer". Your words conjure up a world quite different to the lives of those living elsewhere in the building. It reads of being imprisoned within oneself too. Thank you for sharing.
