Wow, you had me from the very first word, and you held me there. The way you desribe the snow and snow flakes is amazing, you painted a picture for me. What was the relationship between his wife and best friend, maybe I missed it. Loved the ending, it was wonderful. It is clear he loved her, but she didn't feel the same.

Love animal stories and pictures, thanks for sharing your wonderful animal family. I have bunch of cats and dogs, that have wondered in here to my rural farm after being dropped off, they are the best friends that a person could have, they listen contently, and don't talk back, don't ask for much but a warm place to live, fresh water and good food. Again thanks for the views of your cats, enjoyed them very much.
