I love poetry that speaks to the heart. That can tell a story and leave behind an emotion. I felt that with this and as well as your note at the bottom of the poem. Poetry is a magical thing and I hope you spend more time working with it and playing with words. I am not New to the Paper Doll Gang, many moons ago I used to be very active as a member here. I love poetry that can show movement and heart. I think this is so sweet and tender and almost unrealistic which is sad in a way. I agree with you last line. I am a huge fan of romantic poetry. I love to read something that puts me in a dream like love state. This is it and the last stanza is my favorite. I love the line the lifetime between us, to me that says so much! Great work and thanks for sharing your talent.

I found this to be very interesting because I think we all carry a monster inside. I was kind of hoping to find out how your monster tormented you but I guess it never leaving you alone would be it. I wonder and I get it. I love poetry that can take you some place or show you something wonderful. I am kind of a stickler on the letter i. It should always be capitalized. Wow I couldn't agree more! Depression alone is bad enough but when you add the attitudes of so called loved one's you get a different view. I think a lot of things need to change with the whole idea that if you suffer from any kind of mental illness you must be of fragile mind and I don't agree with that. I think if you have any kind of mental illness you are one lucky person. I just have a different view on mental illness and I always will. Thank you for sharing your words and Write on!
