I loved reading about your experience with braces for I too had to wear them for a while! My teeth were growing over each other and the work done to bring them down and next to each other instead, was awfully painful so I feel for you! On almost everything you said I thought: 'Yep, exactly how I felt!' You did a wonderful job making a not-so-pleasant experience into a great story that would compel the real image and feelings even in the minds of those who haven't had a chance to live with a silver smile!
