My goodness. This is so heartbreaking! I teared up reading this. Your poor wife! Admittedly, I know very little about Fibromyalgia, but a lady on my Facebook friends list suffers from this disease, and she posts so frequently about the pain she experiences. She's a very sweet Christian lady, and I hate that she has to go through this.
I also have a chronic illness, and although it isn't nearly as debilitating as your wife's, it does cause severe fatigue, to the point where it is hard to function some days. Just last week I was told by my boyfriend "all I do is sit around" (which is untrue considering I am in school and also taking various classes and learning other things to build up my skillset) because I am sometimes unable to keep up with housework due to the fatigue and our 4 kids that destroy the entire house in 10 minutes flat. And here I thought I had a supportive and understanding partner...I guess I was wrong. I am so heartbroken over those words. So thank you for being so supportive of your wife.
