This is definitely great. The fact that Lauren's boss, mother, father, etc., aren't named shows that overtime, maybe Lauren forgot her parents' names. You also included a child, as if to say that not all is lost.
And that's a good touch.

My god, this is absolutely amazing! You made a simple tree become a living, breathing person with that last line. Although it is admittedly dark, the description makes up for it. Honestly, I give this a thousand out of a thousand, it's that good. Good work, and stay safe out there.
Words cannot describe the sheer beauty in all of this. A sister becoming a mother to her nephew because his mother got killed in a nightclub is a truly great story idea. Her willingness to look after her nephew-her child now-is easily a grand idea. I also like the fact that the new mother's name is never mentioned, yet her older sister's is.
Honestly, I like this-simply because we can choose to make the girls big or small. It'd be a lot more fun to read if we were allowed to have breast expansion as well, but it's perfect the way it is.
Honestly? I'd like to see some more room for written by authors. It's already hard when you're someone who basically lives every two paycheques (or paycheck in the USA) to every two paycheques. It's even harder when you're asked to donate to WDC to keep it running. Apart from that, interactive stories being available for anyone to write, or even to post. Admittedly, I only joined WDC to post chapters for the interactive stories I liked.
But the fact that I can't post one does annoy me a bit.
