Wow. Good job Kris. When I first saw the piece i was scared b/c of the length but once i read the first paragraph i was drawn to read more. I love your story line. It's different. I usually read romance or urban lit. so for me to have read and actually enjoyed your piece that says a lot about your way of thinking. Continue with your great story ideas and i'm sure i'll be running across this book and more in bookstores.

Love it! This is the type of poem that is easy to relate to. It didn't take you lines upon lines to prove a point. It was short and sweet. I'm starting a movement of a new generation of poets. We need to fill libraries with talented poets of our now not just our past. If you ever want to publish a collection of poetry contact me!
