Very interesting and with some work entertaining. Adding a setting, maybe a break room where the ideas (personas) can move in and out, interact. Or passing each other in a hallway, even a train platform any place with movement.
If you stick with the play concept add none speaking characters moving around to keep the allusion of activity going.
The personas can be represented with more characteristics to individualise each idea as a separate character.
This could easily be a skit or one act play. Keep playing with the idea. The basic premise is sound.
