Overall, I really like your writing. It is easy to understand and high quality. I would suggest using fewer descriptive words though. Yes, description is a good thing, but if overused it can distract from what is actually going on in the scene. When reading this piece, I felt like the author was adding words just for the sake of description. Like I stated before, this is good quality writing, but there are still things you can improve on with time.
