This was almost perfect. Very moving. I nearly cried at times. It makes me think of feelings that I had, and still have, of my grandmother and grandfather. Though, I'm aware that in the story it's a girl thinking about her mother and father and the memories she had in that old house and such. I hope that you keep writing, this is a wonderful story. I saw a few grammar and spelling mistakes. That is all that kept me from giving this a 5.0 rating.

This is a heartfelt and sad poem. It makes me think of my mother, actually, because she was in a similar situation once. But, I'm glad that you shared. Sharing helps. Some of the lines are a bit longer than they need to be. But, other than that I saw no real problems. This poem touches my heart and I hope that things get better for you.
