I found that a difficult poll to take and I'm trying to figure out why. I voted that it is 11-25 percent important cause I spend way more time doing things like this or sleeping or eating or outdoors, YET I have a big studio piano and a drum kit, keyboards, mandolin, two guitars and a djambi in my very small living room, which leaves little room for being other things like physically fit or interior decorator or art collecter. I play them all, some badly, some pretty well and I can't imagine not having them there, ready for me, along with my records and tapes and CD's and all the necessary equipment for listening. Weird. Maybe I'm just a wanna be, like SUV drivers who never leave the city. Or...maybe music is in people's lives in a way that a percentage poll just won't capture. Maybe it's my age (54). Just my thoughts. Thanks for polling cause I like to notice weird discrepencies in the way I think about myself.
