Elegant and wonderful! My opinion--everyone ought to read this, to catch a glimpse of how we are all connected. We are more alike than we are different. With this poem, I could only sit still and let my eyes take over.
I like the simplicity of the poem. Yet, I think that it would benefit from using a different structure. It feels like you are simply using words to rhyme, instead of establishing a powerful point in it. Basically, what I'm saying is that it could've been a stronger poem. You probably meant for it to be simple and sweet, and you do excel at being simple and sweet--but if you want your poetry to be more impactful and noteworthy, pour your soul into it.
