this is about a girl whose always gotten good grades but now...
CHARACTERS:

Kinino: the adopted girl who gets bad grades now.

Teriso: Kinino's older stepsister and Sarino's sister. Teriso is tough and loves sports. She is the most athletic of all of the characters. Teriso tries to act cool and rough (and fails), but she's actually very kind in the inside. Teriso is tall with short, dyed blue hair and light skin. She has emerald-green eyes.

Mom: Kinino,Teriso, and Sarino's mother. She is loving and affectionate to Kimino, Teriso, and Sarino, and always takes a walk around the neighborhood, where all the older boys usually are.

Teacher: there will be the subject in front. (like Language Arts Teacher)

Students:just other boys and girls

Sarino: Kinino's older stepbrother, younger than
Teriso but older than Kinino, Teriso's twin. Sarino is fun-loving and does not like sports that much. He likes board games and playing piano. Sarino likes peace and is quiet. Sarino looks like Teriso, except with natrual mousy brown hair and blue eyes.

SETTING:

regular apartment in New York, spring, present time

Kinino's & Sarino's room has a two short, usually unmade beds, a large wooden table, two wooden chairs, a mahogany closet containing her clothes, another containing Sarino's, a small nightstand, and three lamps, two on the table and nightstand, one up on the ceiling. Some pens and pencils are scattered on the large table. A phone is on the table. The white wallpaper is a little bit tattered, and there is a plushy rug on the floor. There is a picture of palm trees above Kinino's bed.

Mom's & Teriso's room is much more larger, with a computer, a regular-sized bed, two nightstands around her bed, a mirror, a closet, a large desk, three chairs, one wooden, and the others wooden with plush, and a couch. The white wallpaper is even more tattered than Kinino's, and the floor is wooden, with only an oval plush rug.

KININO'S & SARINO'S ROOM, HOME

(Sarino and Kinino are sitting on the wooden chairs, studying papers on the desk)

Sarino: What is the-

Kinino: STOP! My precious brain...no...don't make me study...

Sarino: What is it? You've been studying for one hour.

(Kinino fakes crying, and doesn't do a very good job of it.)

(Teriso comes in the room)

Teriso(annoyed): What's all the racket?

Sarino (showing sympathy): Kinino doesn't want to study right now.

(Kinino pouts)

Teriso(sarcastically): Poor little girl...GO STUDY!

(Teriso slams the door out of Kinino's room)

NEXT DAY, AT SCHOOL

Kinino: I knew I should've studied...

Math Teacher: A 20?!? You are a failiure! You usually get 120!!! You forgot about the most important number of all, the one! One in front of twenty!

(Students snicker)

Kinino(happily): Better than any tests I've gotten so far!
(Kinino holds up four tests with a 10 on them)

AT HOME, LIVING ROOM

Sarino and Teriso: WHAT?!

Kinino: 5 minutes to get rid of it!

Sarino: You mean 5 seconds to get rid of you in the school!

Teriso: You're going to end up with another goose egg on your test!

Kinino: I like eggs!

Teriso: I mean eggs that resemble zero!

Kinino: That tastes good, too! I think..

Teriso and Sarino:It's TEST WEEK this week!

Teriso: 5 tests!

Sarino: Trimester next week!

Teriso: And the IOWA!

Sarino: And another Terranova!

Teriso: YOU'RE A FAILURE!

Sarino: Don't be so mean to Kinino!

Kinino: I get Teriso's point, the math teacher already said that! How many times do people have to repeat?

(Mom comes in)
Mom(singing in the tune of I'm Just A Kid): I'm just a kid-wait, I'm not a kid-I'm not just a kid...my Gameboy is unfair...Nobody cares cause I'm alone in my cellphone...Nobody wants to give me any voicemail...oh hi Kinino, Sarino, and Teriso!

Sarino: That's not how you sing it!

Mom(looking confused): But that's how the boys sing it!

Kinino and Teriso: BUT YOU'RE NOT A BOY, are you?

(Sarino gulps)

Mom: Hmm..good point over there...

Teriso: Kinino's gonna FAIL!

Kinino(annoyed): Geez, how many times have you said that?

Teriso(showing no emotion): A lot.

Teriso: Don't worry, I'll help you with your History test tommorow!

Kinino: Thanks!

Teriso: I was talking to Sarino!

Sarino: Ok then, lets go!

(Sarino gives Kinino a symphetic look)

(Sarino and Terisa run out of the room)

Mom(soothingly): Don't worry about not getting 120's anymore and 0's on your paper-

Kinino: I thought you meant eggs!

NEXT DAY, AT SCHOOL

History Teacher: YOU'RE HISTORY!

Kinino: Well, I know that you must be correct, and that means that I'm famous!

(Students laugh)

History Teacher: You're usually very good in national enterprise and the federal system!

Kinino: That just means that you're experiencing...
(Kinino pauses)
Kinino(dramatically): A change.

History Teacher: Changes are usually good, too!

AT HOME

Kinino: Well, I'm pretty tired out. How you say some sleep?
(Kinino looks around bedroom, no sign of Teriso or Sarino)

Kinino: Is anyone here at all? Oh well.

(Kinino slumps on her bed, sighs, and starts snoring on her bed)

Kinino (sleeptalking): I'll show...a 120...every test...

(Kinino rolls over onto the floor)

AT SCHOOL

Kinino(talking to self): Forty more problems left...thirty-eight...thirty...twenty-seven...

(Language Arts teacher looks suspiciously at Kinino)

Kinino: What?

Language Arts teacher: Just a reminder, don't cheat!

(Students giggle)

Kinino(angrily):I wasn't!

NEXT WEEK, AT HOME, IN THE MOM's & TERISO'S ROOM

Mom, Teriso, and Sarino: YOU GOT A 120 ON THE TRIMESTER, IOWA, AND TERRANOVA???

Kinino: Well, duh. Look at the easy questions they asked!

(Mom, Teriso, and Sarino look at caculus problems and SAT words)

Kinino: Got to go, I have a playdate with my friend!

(Kinimo opens door and waves good-bye)

Teriso: I never knew that people who know calculus still go on playdates...

(Mom's cellphone rings)

Mom: Oh, my friends want to have a playdate with me..well bye! Hey, I actually got voicemail!

(Mom scurries out the door)

(Teriso and Sarino stare uneasily)

Teriso: Well, that was weird...

Sarino: I agree with you.

Teriso: Well, I guess the only thing important is that Kinino caught up on her grades. Really, I don't know what was wrong with her. Anyways, I guess we should sleep. ...Sarino...?

(Sarino is on the floor sleeping)
