This is about the connection that lovers have and about ignoring caution
Streaming confetti in the air
Thousands upon thousands of tiny speckles
Shine in her eyes, reflections.
Reflections on what could be
On what should be.
Or of what may be.
Thousands of repressed shudders
Or millions of joyful hugs?
I don't know and still don't care
I trust her.
