Christmas Eve is here
Santa Claus is near

Treetops are glistening
Little hearts are listening

For reindeer hoofs
Tapping on the roofs

Little bodies sleep in their beds
As the children dream in their heads

They cannot wait until the next day
because Santa Claus is on his way
