Frustrated at a call center for customer service
The call volume has increased without a helping hand,
The boss keeps throwing orders and look where they land.

"My bills are high", I can't pay on time.."
I respond with "Okay Mr. Smith, get inline!"

Customer satisfaction is their main goal;
Allowing a number of seconds for an entire phone call.

On to the next call with the last one incomplete;
Not much satisfaction just a sense of defeat.

Speak clearly and calmly without allowing a kink,
Don't give them any time to respond, question or think.

Say thank you for calling and keep the smile in your tone,
Remember satisfaction in 300 seconds and get them off the phone!

My desk is covered with files labeled "COMPLAINT",
I want to scream "A dumping ground I AINT!".

They want more with less, and less is done,
Try to hire new victims, and they all just run!

My twelfth hour feels like its never with in reach,
Management is sucking the life out of me like a thirsty leach!

"The numbers are bad and this will not do!"
Keep harping and there will be one less on your crew!
