conflicts between people
Like how a mum looks at her baby’s toothless smile
I looked at you thought it would last cos teeth took a while
Now you bite like reality
Perpetually wishing you would be a friend of me
For real you wouldn’t have to pretend to be because pretences last momentarily
Now your smile’s fading, I look harder
My friends telling me
To find a beautiful peaceful space in this quest called life
I need to find me a girl like you to nullify my strife
But they was wrong, I had to be strong
Not to take you along
Cos all you was doing is singing a different song

He looks to the sky, like God what kind of seed is this
How could my own blood be unlike how his parent is
Is this the genesis of pain, I can’t wait for the exodus
For a mind untrained this looks like prejudice
Why should I take this? So different from every kid
Look at my praylist, I never asked for a perfect being
But he’s only seventeen raping all these women
My heart is aching I’m caged in this bad omen
When he put me on the danger list
I had to get the evangelist
I put my feet down, see now, “NOW
YOU ARE GOING TO penitentiary”
His verse has ended there is no hook or chorus
His lines don’t rhyme with mine we won’t coincide in any corners
