Another short poem. More of a riddle, really.
What is the Drum of Life?
Setting the rhythm, never in strife?
It's music drives rivers unseen,
their dark waters a thing forever obscene.
But it's music goes al but unheard,
masked by even the softest word,
for it is entombed in darkness of Eternal Night,
Cursed, never to see the light.
