Simlie of Myself


I am like a jack-in-the-box,
waiting for someone to turn my handle.
An appearance of normalcy and stillness
Yet w/ the slightest turn
I POP and explode with joy
causing extreme shock one moment,
and laughter the next.
And although my outcome is known,
I give surprise and excitement
whenever i come out of my box.
