People I've observed.
People scare me
when they look weird
or talk weird,
or even sometimes smell weird.
The man with scary,
serial killer eyes.
The woman with grayish, short,
frizzy hair,
who's going bald,
and walks funny.
The man who sings
while he's doing laundry.
The woman who talks
with a deep southern accent,
who always calls me honey.
I could swear she's from Texas,
but she's lived here in Ohio
all her life.
The man with a beanie on,
walking with a crutch,
who looks like Santa Clause
but sounds like a big angry dog,
or an overprotective father.
The couple that looks like
a dying number eight
when they're standing together
(I could swear they're brother and sister),
and their similar looking six year old daughter.
Maybe she's only four?
The woman who laughs
after everything I say
and everything she says,
apparently for no reason,
but to show off her shiny grey teeth.
The old man who talks with a lisp
because he only has two front teeth.
He always brings up something
sex-related
that he has seen or heard,
and has an overwhelming odor
of vick's vaporub.
