Call it what you want, assuming you have any idea what to call it
I came unto you nameless

So utterly unworthy

Helpless and completely bloodthirsty

Infatuation was never my intention

I've tasted too much

Saturation

And I've lusted to touch

Your body's wet and mine is nameless

You whispered in my ear once but my attention has a tendency to slip in and out of my mind

In time my crime will come to find me nameless

Whatever will you call me when I'm gone?

What will you say when my memory is nothing but a ghost in your head?

Will I be nameless?

Unrequited by love's loss, heartfelt and blameless?

Unlikely

But if you find me by night's end walk soft and try your best not to speak

One look from me

One touch from you

If we make believe you may believe that I am not so unworthy

If it's all the same time will tell

And one day you might just call my name

are you happy, insanity? I've gone...and done it again
