R.I.P. Mary-Ellen Ingersoll. December 31, 1961-December 4, 2005.
It hurts to know you're no longer around
And that you're no longer here.
You fought for so long, you know
It seems you went without fear.
You were so loved by many
And you always gave back.
Now it's time to give back to you
As our hearts begin to crack.
You were like a celebrity
In this small hometown.
If there was a queen
You would surely get the crown.
And though you left before your time
We know exactly where you went.
You were an angel to our town
So you're our Heaven sent.
